Інформація подається щоквартально в розрізі груп громадян, що звернулись, та в розрізі тематики їх звернень. Також надається інформація про статус розгляду запитів.

Набори ведуться кумулятивно, починаючи з 1 кварталу 2018 року. Оприлюднені відомості станом на кінець 2 кварталу 2024 року.
