Інформація про зареєстровані кримінальні правопорушення та результати їх досудового розслідування

Форма № 1 «ЄДИНИЙ ЗВІТ ПРО КРИМІНАЛЬНІ ПРАВОПОРУШЕННЯ» (місячна), затверджена наказом ГПУ від 23 жовтня 2012 року № 100 за погодженням з Держстатом України. Передбачає облік даних про кримінальні правопорушення, результати їх досудового розслідування, а також осіб, потерпілих від кримінальних правопорушень.
